Do we own our domain, hosting and accounts?

Yes. Everything is registered in your name, on your billing where you want it, and you have admin access to all of it. If you ever decide to leave, you take the whole stack with you — that is written into the contract, not just promised.

What does 'one invoice' actually mean?

One monthly line item covering everything in your package: hosting, domain, SSL, email, the inbox, automation and support. Third-party costs you control — ad spend, payment gateway fees — stay separate and are passed through at cost, itemised.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Response time is set by your package and written into an SLA: next business day on Start, four hours on Grow, and one hour around the clock on Scale. Monitoring pages an on-call engineer automatically, so in most cases we know before you do.

Are you replacing our staff?

Accepted Answer

We are removing the repetitive work, not the people. Automation absorbs the questions your team answers fifty times a day, which usually means you avoid the next hire rather than lose a current one. Where a role does change, we train the person into the new one.

Can we start small and add services later?

That is how most clients begin — usually with a website and the unified inbox. Packages are additive and you can move up a tier at any point in the cycle, paying only the difference.

What if we already have a website?

We audit it first. If it is sound, we improve and manage it. If it is not, we tell you honestly what it would cost to fix versus rebuild, and you decide. We also handle rescue work — sites that were hacked, or that the previous developer disappeared with.

Is there a long-term contract?

Monthly packages run month to month after the initial term, which covers the build. Annual billing is optional and saves two months. There is no automatic multi-year lock-in.

On infrastructure we manage, in a region we agree with you, encrypted at rest and in transit, with tested backups. We can document the whole arrangement if you need it for compliance or a funder.
